Client Brief

Andara Resort & Villas is one of Phuket’s most established luxury properties, known for its private pool villas, understated elegance, and discreet service. After more than a decade of operation, the ownership team appointed us to help evolve the brand while protecting its heritage. The brief was to lead a full brand refresh that would sharpen Andara’s positioning, strengthen its identity, and prepare the brand for future expansion.

Our scope covered a complete visual identity update, a refined brand definition, and the development of comprehensive graphic guidelines to ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

Strategy

The refresh began with an in-depth review of Andara’s brand DNA, identifying the elements that made it unique. We clarified the brand’s positioning as a rhythm of effortless luxury, centred around presence, authenticity, and a deep connection to place.

Visually, we updated the identity with an elevated and cohesive look. The logotype was refined, a richer colour palette was introduced, and typography was updated to reflect the brand’s blend of sophistication and approachability. We introduced a signature monogram for use across select brand materials, giving the brand a timeless signature element.

Beyond design, we established a modernised brand tone of voice and developed a complete set of brand tools, from stationery and printed collateral to digital templates and marketing guidelines. All materials were designed to provide a seamless experience across guest touchpoints while preserving the brand’s understated charm.

Outcome

Andara re-emerged with a brand identity that feels both refreshed and timeless. The updated brand guidelines offer clarity for internal teams and external partners, ensuring that every expression of the brand is aligned with its core values. More than a visual update, the project reinforced Andara’s position as a leading luxury destination in Phuket, ready for its next chapter of growth.
