September 2025 marked a major moment for Bangkok’s fine dining scene with the opening of Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie. The project celebrated both continuity and reinvention, honouring the legacy of Le Normandie at Mandarin Oriental while welcoming a new chapter under one of the world’s most acclaimed chefs.

Solution

Logo Creation
The logo unites the heritage of Le Normandie with the minimalist elegance of Anne-Sophie Pic. Created in close collaboration with Mandarin Oriental and the Anne-Sophie Pic teams, the design remains faithful to the historic emblem of Le Normandie, while introducing softer, organic lines inspired by water and movement. It symbolises the Chao Phraya River and the fluid sensitivity of Anne-Sophie Pic’s cuisine. 

Branding & Collaterals
The branding builds on the Valence identity while honouring the heritage of Le Normandie at Mandarin Oriental Bangkok. The goal was to preserve the restaurant’s legacy as a fine-dining landmark in Thailand while introducing the contemporary sensibility of Anne-Sophie Pic. A palette of white, light grey, and soft green reflects both the hotel’s surroundings and Pic’s organic elegance. Embossed details, tactile papers, leather accents, and translucent elements convey craftsmanship and refinement across menus, stationery, packaging, and guest materials.

Brand Voice & Visual Identity
The brand voice captures the shared spirit of Anne-Sophie Pic at Le Normandie, where French artistry meets Bangkok sophistication. Rooted in Pic’s sensorial approach, it conveys warmth and precision while respecting Le Normandie’s timeless grace. The visual identity expresses balance and modern refinement, connecting heritage with contemporary relevance.

Social Media Strategy
YouMakeMe developed a full social media strategy from pre-opening to ongoing management. The content direction highlights both Le Normandie’s legacy within Bangkok’s dining scene and Anne-Sophie Pic’s creative world. It draws from Pic’s pillars of nature, creativity, and transmission to create an elegant and modern digital presence.

Monthly Social Media Management
Ongoing management focuses on consistent storytelling and curation across Instagram and Facebook. Each month’s content ensures the brand remains engaging and aligned with both Le Normandie’s heritage and Anne-Sophie Pic’s global identity.
