Dusit Thani Bangkok is one of Thailand’s most iconic hotels. Following a full redevelopment, the property was preparing to reopen its doors with a renewed vision, refined brand standards, and world-class positioning. As part of this historic relaunch, we were engaged to bring the story to life across social media.

Our scope included developing the launching strategy, storytelling, content production, talent sourcing, photography, videography, and motion design. Every piece of work was crafted to support the new chapter of the Dusit Thani legacy, blending its heritage with a distinctly modern point of view.

Strategy

We approached the project with deep respect for the brand’s history and a clear focus on what the relaunch represented. The strategy centred on creating a social presence that felt elegant, relevant, and emotionally resonant.

Content was designed to reveal the property layer by layer. From its architecture and interiors to the human stories behind its revival. We produced a full suite of still and dynamic content, working closely with curated talent to shape a brand narrative that felt both aspirational and authentic. Motion graphics and short-form video were used to elevate moments and ensure performance across platforms, while providing depth and richness to the storytelling.

Result

Dusit Thani Bangkok re-entered the market with a digital identity that matched its reputation. The relaunch campaign generated significant engagement and set the tone for the hotel’s next chapter.
