Grand Nikko

Project Info

Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn marked the arrival of Thailand’s first Grand Nikko. YMM was appointed ahead of the hotel’s opening to build and launch its social media presence, from the hotel itself to four distinct dining destinations.

At the heart of the brand is the Art of Omotenashi, bringing together the precision and thoughtful care of Japanese hospitality with the natural warmth of Thailand. Our challenge was to translate this philosophy into a contemporary

Strategy

YMM developed the social media strategy and visual direction for Grand Nikko Bangkok Sathorn alongside four F&B concepts: SANUK all-day dining, ICHO teppanyaki, TENKU 33 rooftop bar, and Benkay innovative Japanese fine dining.

Each channel was given its own storytelling pillars, tone and visual character, while remaining connected to the wider Grand Nikko brand.

From pre-opening teasers through grand opening and ongoing communications, YMM led the art direction, content planning, social media management, and photo and video production across the hotel and dining destinations.

Outcome

A cohesive social ecosystem was created to introduce Grand Nikko to Bangkok while giving each dining concept a distinctive identity of its own.

Through considered storytelling and a refined visual language, the launch established a digital world where Japanese precision, Thai warmth, design, dining and hospitality come together under one Grand Nikko experience.
