Collaborating on Hideki’s branding journey has been a rewarding experience, from conceptualizing a unique, hand-drawn logo inspired by Japanese brush strokes to developing a sophisticated identity that reflects the brand’s minimalist elegance. For the Burnett Lane venue, we chose a striking black and gold palette inspired by the art of Kintsugi, while the upcoming James Street location will feature a lively, al fresco design with bold white and red accents, alluding to Shibari.

The result is a compelling brand identity that embodies Hideki’s approach to yakitori and Japanese precision and craftsmanship. We look forward to seeing their impact on Brisbane’s dining scene.
