Client Brief

Meliá Hotels approached us to strengthen its digital presence across a growing Southeast Asian portfolio. The first assignment was the launch of INNSiDE by Meliá Bangkok, marking the debut of the brand in Thailand. Following a successful rollout, our role expanded to include the launch of Meliá Pattaya, and upgrade of their Meliá Kuala Lumpur, INNSiDE Kuala Lumpur, and Meliá Phuket Mai Khao social media presence.

Across each property, our objective remained consistent: translate Meliá’s global brand identity into content that felt locally relevant, visually compelling, and aligned with the distinct character of each destination.

Strategy

We developed a social media and advertising strategy for each property to balance brand consistency with cultural nuance. Working closely with the teams on the ground, we produced original content for each property, leading all aspects of photography, videography, talent management, and motion design.

From the urban rhythm of Kuala Lumpur to the laid-back charm of Phuket and Pattaya, we shaped storytelling that celebrated each hotel’s personality while staying true to Meliá’s Mediterranean heritage. Our creative approach focused on engaging the senses, building affinity, and sparking curiosity. In parallel, we managed always-on paid campaigns and key seasonal activations to ensure visibility and conversion at every stage of the customer journey.
