Created Scarlett, Babett, Ginett restaurants & wine bars. Different names to overcome local trademarks but with the same graphic identity.

Strategy

Developed a product profile that can be rolled-out in different cities, evolving around sophisticated yet lively design, a strong focus on farm to table culinary experiences and an extensive value for money wine list. Capitalise on putting forward management teams of strong Chefs and Restaurateurs.
