The client envisioned a brand identity that not only reflected the luxury and exclusivity of the development but also integrated seamlessly with the lush environment, appealing to affluent buyers seeking premium living spaces.

The branding solution comprised a sophisticated visual identity system that included logo design, a meticulously chosen color palette, typography, and innovative marketing collaterals tailored to evoke a sense of luxury and appeal to discerning customers.

The creation of the logo involved elegant, modern lines that suggest luxury and exclusivity, paired with strict guidelines for its use to maintain integrity across various applications
Color Palette
The chosen color scheme featured earthy tones like Moon Mist and Glade Green to foster tranquility and natural beauty, along with deep tones of Charcoal and Sudara Black for sophistication and depth.
Typography and Imagery
Two primary typefaces were chosen for their modern and readable characteristics. The brand identity was further enhanced by the creation of unique AI-generated illustrations, such as the example provided, which embody the project’s connection to nature and luxury.
